Highest score in IPL: SRH record 287/3 vs RCB, register second highest T20 score
Highest IPL score: Sunrisers Hyderabad broke their own record of highest IPL score by scoring 287 runs for three wickets against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday.
The IPL 2024 season is witnessing unprecedented batting by the teams which is taking the team scores beyond 200 continuously.

Sunrisers Hyderabad broke their own record of highest IPL score by scoring a sensational score of 287 runs for three wickets against Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 15, 2024. SRH’s total is also the second highest in T20 cricket, behind Nepal’s 314/3 against Mongolia in 2023.
SRH had earlier scored 277/3 in a match against Mumbai Indians, registering the highest T20 score and most number of sixes ever in a match.

Later, Kolkata Knight Riders scored a strong score of 272 runs for seven wickets against Delhi Capitals in Visakhapatnam. Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants are the only other teams to register scores of over 250 in the IPL.
RCB held this record for more than 10 years, breaking Chris Gayle’s record of 175 not out in 2013 against Pune Warriors India in Bengaluru with 263 runs.
SRH threaten to raise their bar with another onslaught against RCB at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. On the basis of Travis Head’s century in 39 balls, Orange Army crossed the 150-run mark in the 12th over itself. Despite Head’s dismissal, the attack continued and Heinrich Klaasen and Aiden Markram took the team past 200 runs in 15 overs.
